I adopted this recipe to your tee for 8 guests past night. I don't have an air fryer but my oven has an air fryer environment which I used. Doubled the recipe as I'd above 4 lb of chicken wings. They turned out amazing!My air fryer is compact, but has a wire rack to develop two rows in the fryer. Does one propose this or must I just do a single row
